Our story
Ahuti Chug, Founder and CEO of Nine Realty has nearly two decades of experience in real estate across Dubai, Africa, India and the U.K.
Trio Properties, was established in 2002 by Ahuti which was when freehold began in Dubai, where she managed a team consisting of 25 agents and real estate portfolios for a range of diverse investors globally.
She later joined as the Executive Director of Brokerage at Skai Holdings Real Estate, the brokerage arm of Skai had an annual turnover of AED 2 billion (2013). Ahuti also managed client portfolios, Skai Holdings inventory in the FIVE Palm Jumeirah and FIVE Jumeirah Village, along with other in-house projects and tie-ups with leading developers and private portfolios of high-net-worth individuals.
She also worked with the Mara Group as Managing Partner, a Dubai-based holding company with operations and interests in 26 African countries. During her five-year tenure at the Mara Group, Ahuti significantly expanded the group’s UAE business. She remains a Director and Board Member of the Mara Group and also of the Mara Foundation, a mentorship program that operates across Africa. Ahuti also served on the London Stock Exchanges Africa Advisory Group.
